The Walking Dead: Empires (TWDE) by Gala Games has finally launched its Hero Pack NFTs. These card packs feature iconic characters from AMC’s The Walking Dead. While the game is still in development, significant in-game NFTs have now been released for interested players.
Before you take out your digital wallet to buy a Hero Pack, let’s get you some details about what this non-fungible token (NFT) game is going to be.
What is The Walking Dead: Empires?
The Walking Dead: Empires is a survival MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game). The game is set in the scary world of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Players need to survive attacks from the “dead” characters, which are essentially zombies.
While the Hero Pack NFTs are now on sale, the game is still being developed by Ember Entertainment.

According to the game’s website, one of these hero cards is guaranteed to match the rarity of the pack.
